The Seekers

Hello, I’m an Apprentice Interpreter with a background in social work.

I host slow‑paced journeys through the mountains — a gentle place to step out of the noise.

There's another way to live slower, present, and deeply human.

My van — my quiet companion — is fully safety‑certified and inspected.

It's ready to carry you into the mountains in a way that feels steady and grounded.

I’m Binu Sebastian — your host for gentle, presence‑based weekends in the mountains: simple, quiet days to step out of the noise.

My background in Philosophy and my work as a Registered Social Worker shape the way I hold space outdoors. I move through the mountains with steadiness, curiosity, and respect for the land and for the people who walk with me.

I’ve completed Wilderness First Aid and Apprentice Interpreter training to deepen the quality of my work in the mountains.

The Seekers is the natural result of my life’s work—shaped by years of practice and lived experience.

We meet speed with depth.

Presence-based Experiences from The Seekers

Welcome to The Seekers' Way of Living - A rhythm shaped by presence, beauty, and the quiet companionship of the Rockies.

We all need a place to step away from the noise — a pause from the pace, the screens, and the constant pull of daily life.

We need room to come back to ourselves — the part of us that exists beneath roles, expectations, and everything we carry.

That’s why we go to the Rockies.

Out there, the mountains give us space to slow down, breathe, and remember what feels true.

The Seekers is shaped by the philosophical and intellectual grounding I received in my formative years - including time with teachers from the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales - as well as my years of practice as a Registered Social Worker.

The Seekers remains a quiet invitation -  to travel with presence, to notice more, and to feel deeply.

The Seekers is for you if:

  • You're craving depth, not a checklist

  • You cherish quiet moments, reflection, and conversation

  • You long for a personal, intentional experience of the Rockies

It's probably not for you if:

  • You're seeking fast-paced sightseeing

  • You prefer large tour groups

  • You're drawn to luxury or adrenaline

No events at the moment

I  joined The Seekers for a day in Waterton, and it was a meaningful experience.

Binu created space for good conversation and connection, and the day felt more like spending time with a thoughtful guide than taking a tour.

The landscapes were beautiful, and the experience stayed with me long after.
