I don’t know about you, but for me, the mere fact of saying or hearing that one word makes me automatically conscious of my breathing and I can’t help but take in a big gulp of air. It is like a reminder, a wide open door on a moment of freedom.

Clearly, we cannot remember where we came from – no one remembers the moment of their birth; and clearly, we don’t know where we are going. These shortcomings have been well described in this blog 😉

But, as we meander along between our two realities, we possess 2 precious tools: body and breath.

To breathe. To be. Same thing.

Whether to beat the blues, anxiety, sadness, insomnia or stress, the best medicine available to all, rich or poor, is breathing. Expand the ribcage, inflate the belly, be.
